can't receive email

I can't receive no e-mails, it was working fine one day
and the next day we can't receive any e-mails. it has an
error ox800cccof. can someone please help

I am also having this problem. I get time out/idle too

long message and cannot recieve my mail. Apparently I
have 160+ messages and it will not receive past 106
without "timing out"

That error means that the connection to the server has been dropped. Have
you installed any anti-virus software lately? Some versions of some A/V
programs can cause this problem.

What version of Outlook do you have, and what sort of mail account?
