Can't receive from MSN on Outlook 2003

I just upgraded from 2002 to 2003, and can no longer
receive e-mail on my MSN account.
Can send OK, just not receive. Have done basic
troubleshooting, configured privacy thing on IE to allow
hotmail and MSN, and have checked the Knowledge Base.
Have also talked to MSN support, who say it's an Outlook
2003 issue. Any ideas?
