can't recieve e-mail unless using the send\recieve button

hello there

i have a microsoft 5.5 exchange server
about 70 people connected to it
i have one user that can't see new messages unless he is
using the send\recieve button
everybody else can see thier new mail without having to
press f5 or send\recieve button

can u help me?????
