cant refresh background picture

Dear Sir,

I use a format as my master background and apply to all.
When I scroll down slide, the background format can't
display at all slides. The first 2 slides are OK but the
rest can't display unless I click on the format. If I use
preview function, the background format can display at
all slides

Please advice how to solve this problem
