Can't reinstall Office 2000 Premium

Had a crash and recovered files from Norton Ghost Copy.
System complained about file mismatches so I ran the
uninstall from add/remove programs for office 2000. Now
it says the patch files are missing and I am not able to
reinstall from my CD's.

What do I do where. Are there registry entries to
change/delete?

Is there a fix program that does a complete office2000
removal?
