Can't retrieve old emails

My entourage will only display emails that are less than two weeks old.

How do I adjust it to receive all emails?

Thanks

Usually, when messages are not showing correctly, it's an incorrect setting
under View. The user will have either unread only or flagged only selected.

In your situation, we need more info to see what is happening.

What type of account? (POP, IMAP, Exchange)

Check your schedules. Do you have a schedule that is deleting mail over two
weeks old?

Under the Mail Views in the folder window, click on the Mail View icon to go
into edit mode.

Click on the New icon in the toolbar.

Select Date Received --> select greater than 14 days. Select "All Messages."

Do you find any of your older mail in this view?

THANK YOU FOR YOUR RESPONSE!

I use exchange

I ran the mail views and did find emails back to May of this year. How do I
get them to transfer to my inbox?

Select the messages in the custom view and use the Move to icon to move to
the Inbox under folders "On My Computer". After that you can drab back to
the server is you want them on the server.

There are two scripts to see what folders the messages are located in.

<http://www.entourage.mvps.org/script/custom_scripts.html#script4>

There are download links for both or you can copy/paste in the script
editor.

Just noticed that all of the emails that I can recover are not from my
Exchange email account.

Any other ideas on how to retrieve older exchange emails?

Thanks

Exchange e-mails are typically stored on the Exchange server.
You should be able to see them in the folders for your Exchange account.
If there is any e-mail you can see through OWA that you cannot see in
Entoruage, you might consider ctrl-clicking on the Excahnge account in
the list of folders on the left and get to the properties to purge the
Exchagne cache and force Entourage to redownload everything,
