I had this same issue. Can't determine exactly what causes it, but I know
how to stop it. Unfortunately, you need a pc to fix it.
On the pc, log in as the person who is delegating rights to you in outlook.
make sure you have the folder pane showing.
right click on the Outlook Today folder. Check the permissions, you aren't
there, you need to add yourself.
Even though you have been given delegate authority to calendar/mail/
whatever, unless you are also given permissions to view the outlook today
folder, it won't work.
hope this helps

account. In Entourage, under accounts I have configured the name of the
exchange account that I have been granted delegate permissions to. The
account shows up in the left pane of entourage and shows that it is
connected, however no information from the delegated account shows up in
entourage. I can send an email from the delegated account and in Outlook
on a pc I am able to access all of the delegated information. What setting am
I missing? I have all protocols enabled on the exchange server. I'm beating
my head against the wall.
