Can't see Free / Busy in Calendar

Hi,

We are running exchange....we checked all blogs and forums regarding proper set up of the server and public folders. Also configured Entourage to be sure it was pointing to the public folder. I also deleted and reinstalled....still can't see other peoples availability.

any help would be appreciated.

How are you doing it??
What happens if you try to create a new event in your calendar, add a
contact to the invite list and then click on the Scheduling tab in the
middle? Do you see a calendar view with at least your availability (and
hopefully the availability of the person you are inviting)?
