Can't see images or links on my new Entourage 2004

I don't know exactly how to explain this, but basically all messages
that have visual links appear with an X, Do I have to turn a certain
function on to get emails correctly (I was getting them on the
Entourage 2001)
Please help...

Do you see a link at the top of the message that says "To protect your
privacy..."?
