Can't see inbound mail in Entourage X

Entourage X sends e-mail, but won't SHOW received mail.

The account works, we can see inbound e-mail on OWA (Outlook Web Access).

What must I do to make Entourage show inbound e-mail?

Is it in the app? Is there some system setting?

We have 2 proxies (Web and Secure). Our ports match the Entourage defaults.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Failure is not an option.

Look at the View menu. Make sure Unread Only and Flagged Only are not
checked.
