Cant see subfolders in shared folder in Entourage 2004

I running Entourage 2004 on the Exchange server at work. We have a Shared folder for our team to use, I can see the main folder in folder menu, but I can't see any of the sub folders ?

Anyone know how I can access these ?

Entourage can only open another user's Inbox but not any folders
external to the Inbox. If you're not able to see any sub-folders within
the Inbox then make sure permissions have been propagated to them as well.
