Cant see the attchment s

My computer runs on Windows XP.
While others(Windows 98) getting EMail messages through
Outllok Express without a problem,I can't access the
attachments in mails I received.It shows some message
like ..connection to unsecure message... .
What can be the reason for this ?
Is it a configuration problem or a virus ?
please help me.

You mean "Outlook Express has denied access to a potentially harmful
attachment"
Tools-Options-Security.

And please note: this newsgroup is for support of Outlook
97/98/2000/2002/2003(beta) from the Office suite of products. Outlook
Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.

accessing the Microsoft newsgroups through the MS Product Support

to get to the Internet Explorer groups, then click the plus sign next to
your version of IE to see the link to the Outlook Express group for that
