Can't Send any email from Entourage

I am on a mac G4, in os X. I have Microsoft Entourage X.

I have been sending email for two months from this account. I have
not changed any settings. And in the last 3 weeks I can't send anything
out. It says:

ERROR
Mail could not be sent using the account "Northbear Proof"

EXPLANATION
connection failure has occured.

ERROR: -23016

I don't know what to do to fix it. Please Help!
