Can't Send Attachments; Error 5421

I¹m running OX 10.2.6 on an 867 MHz PowerBook G4, and using Entourage
10.1.5.

When I send e-mail, particularly e-mail with an attachment, I get an error
message. Specifically: __________

Error: Mail could not be sent using the account ³[email protected].²

Explanation: Mail Error. The server is busy; try again later.

Error: 5421

It's a false message. My trusty Beige G3 running OS 9.2.2 and using
Microsoft Outlook Express 5.0.6 is connected to the same DSL ISP and sends
all e-mails, with our without attachments, at any time...no problem.

Any suggestions on what the problem may be? Thanks in advance.

I have just switched to verizon dsl. I have been using entourage with
my dial-up with no problems. All of a sudden I can't send any email
over 1K! the minute the size goes to 2K I get the same message. This
is a tiny email. Mail can't be sent. The server is busy try again
later. I, too, am looking for an answer. Are you on a dsl connection?
I am using version 10.1.1, OS X 10.2.6 on a g4.

Yes, I am using DSL from Verizon. I a using OS X 10.2.6, Entourage 10.1.4,
on a Titanium G4 Power Book.

No being able to send e-mail, much less attachments is driving me nuts. I'll
e-mail you as soon as I figure out, or somebody gives me, the answer. I'd
appreciate your doing the same.

We'll get it.
