Can't send attachments

I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I've been using Entourage for
years, have downloaded the most recent updates and for some reason, I can't
get messages with attachments to go through no matter what size the file is.
This just started happening a few weeks ago and is only happening with pdfs,
jpegs, and stuffed files. Word docs seem to be fine.

Any ideas would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

What happens when you try? Do you get an error message?

What encoding are you using? I recommend using "Encode for Windows
(MIME/Base64)" in almost all cases.

Test in a new User to eliminate problems in your User's folder.

Go to System Preferences and set up a new User. If you can send in the new
User, then the problem is in your User's folder.

1. Check for corrupt preferences:

~/Library/Preferences/:


com.microsoft.OfficeNotifications.plist

com.microsoft.DatabaseDaemon.plist

com.microsoft.Entourage.plist

Microsoft/Entourage Preferences folder

2. Rebuild your database
