Can't Send Email From Outlook Express

I believe I have all configurations correct. I can
receive emails, but everytime I send emails I get the
error message that the system has unexpectedly been
interrupted.

Ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
