Dear All,
after some nasty hours fighting with Outlook 2003, (I wasn't able to
send emails while I could receive them), I found the solution.
After removing the Norton Antispam add inn from outlook, all seemed
well....
I found this option in one of the mails to this group and this was
further elaborated on this website:
http://www.slipstick.com/problems/nosend.htm
As I noticed personally and through various emails in this group, this
is a tough problem to deal with so I thought it might be helpful to
post this message. Again not original but helpful
I will now try to make things up with my significant other cause she
was wondering who the significant other was....she or my laptop
Regards and thanx to slipstick.com

BTW Hope that the Outlook and Norton development team take notice of
this problem/solution because it was a real PITA (pain in the @ss...;-)
and let me spent some looong hours on the laptop
