Hello everyone,
Please help. I have an iBook running Entourage 2004 11.2.1. Recently,
without any changes I have made I have been unable to send out email to
outside of our intranet. The error comes back as the following:
"This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Delivery to the following recipients failed.
Reporting-MTA: dns;e2kourservername.org
Action: Failed
Status: 5.5.0
Diagnostic-code; smtp;551 not our customer
Up until recently I could send and receive to any email outside of our
organization (including gmail, aol, cablespeed, etc.) I am going to try the
update to see if that works, but I could really use your help. I checked
all settings against another Mac and they are the same. Here¹s the weird
thing: If I go through the http://e2kourservername.org it works to all
external accounts. Please help me out!
