Can't Send Email

I can receive email messages, but when I try to send an
email, I receive an error that says: unable to connect
to the server. Error Number: 0x800ccc0e
Can someone please tell me how to correct this?

are you trying to connect to your isp's email account or an email account on
a different server

if it is on a different server then it could be that your isp blocks port 25

check with your isp

you have files missing if your OS is XP go back to a

restore point, if not reinstall you OS
