Can't send external email

My Mac clients running Entourage X cannot send external emails
via POP3. The message they get is "Exchange did not recognize
the recipient or the server refuses to allow you to send mail
Explaination 5.7.1 Unable to relay for "[email protected]"

They can send internally and receive mail without problems.

You probably have to set the login details for the SMTP server under the
advanced sending options as your server is protected against mail relay.


Accounts > edit pop3 account > SMTP server settings > advanced > then enter
the login details for each client.
