Can't send in Outlook 2003

I have Outlook 2003 and just installed new MSN 9.0 and it is using something called Microsoft Outlook MSN Connector and I can no longer send? Microsoft allways has to **** everything up!! Please advise.

Yes, I am logining on thru dial up MSN, and trying to access my comcast account SMTP. I can access it thru other computers but not on this main computer I use since I installed MSN service.
