Can't Send Mail in Outlook

I've already followed the instructions at

US;q302339 to make smtp.email.msn.com my outgoing
server. But I get the MSN Sign-In Window which refuses to
accept my MSN Passport User Name and Pswd.
DO I NEED TO CHANGE ISP TO USE MY SITE's EMAIL?

You need to define an HTTP e-mail account for MSN/Hotmail. They don't
provide POP3 and SMTP servers anymore. It is all HTTP web-based e-mail
now for Hotmail. The article you mention is out of date.
