Can't send out mail!

Anyone has any idea what I'm going through? Am using Entourage 2001, IMAP
mode. While trying to send mail, an error stops is from going out and a
report says:

'sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)'

How do I fix it? Thanks!

Check your account settings for sending mail. It sounds like your server
might require you to authenticate. Some tips are here:

If you still can't send, contact your SMTP provider to find out what
settings you should be using.

If you're sending through a SMTP server that is not your ISP's, try sending
through your ISP's SMTP server instead using their settings. That might
resolve the problem.

It's possible this is temporary. There is a new spam message flooding
servers right now.

Yeah, I had this one this week and my provider (in Australia) has had
to close down every now and then to get rid of Spam. It has been
temporary and is right again today

Give it a day or so

While accessing my servers email site via browser I get an error message
stating: €" can't establish a secure connection to pop3x.x There is a
problem with the Security certificate from that site. The identity
certificate ussuer is unknown"

I have installed SR 1 and SSl security updater.

This started September 21. 2003 in the am.
Server help desk is at a loss.

My server finally found that My IP address had been blocked on the server
they unblocked it and things are normal now. He doesn't know how it was
blocked but you should tell your Server help desk to check out the IP
address and see if its blocked.
