Entourage works fine at home, but on WIFI, it receives it just fine,
but won't send mail, says relaying mail is not allowed.... error
-17092. It suggests I change my server settings. Any ideas?

Do you understand relay? <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/glossary/relay.html>

What do you have for your SMTP settings?

Look at the example here:

Using port 110 might help with your situation.

Actually SMTP port (for outgoing email) should be port 25. Port 110 is used
for POP3 (incoming) mail.

More information is needed here, though. Do you use your ISP for outgoing
email? Depending on who your ISP is, you may need to change outgoing email
to their server. Many ISPs limit outgoing email to their own server as part
of an industry-wide program to cut down on spam.

This is a case where Entourage could help a lot by adding a simple
feature. Entourage needs a global overide for SMTP that one scould use
when at a hotel or other foreign location that blocks port 25 except
through their server.

When I travel, most places allow me to use my normal SMTP setup for
each account. However, one hotel I stay at regularly force me to change
my SMTP settings to their server to be able to send email (they block
port 25 otherwise). I have 15 accounts, and I do NOT want to fix all 15
when at the hotel, and back to normal when at work every day when
visiting my remote office.

A simple 'override SMTP' setting that I could turn on or off without
affecting individual account settings would make this easy.

That's just what I do now. I use a Web/email host that has port 26 available
for outgoing email, in addition to port 25 (the usual port). So, wherever I
am, I have no problem sending out email. I have never found port 26 blocked.
