Can't send to Korean Address

Can anyone help please?

When ever I send to a Korean e-mail address it converts
the first letter of the address from a J to and H and i
get a non delivery report.

I have tried changeing case, the mail format(ASCI and
Western European), the font and format (plain text, HTML,
Outlook RTF)
