Can't send to Mac.com for 2 days now!

I don't know what to do about this. Is dotMac SMTP up and running? I haven't
been able to send mail for 2 days, it started suddenly. I can receive OK.

All I know is that no one can get to my "published" webpage (public folder
as webpage). On OS 10.3, there is an alternative way to get there: in the
Finder, go to Go/iDisk/Other User's Public Folder/[.mac username]

like back in OS 10.1, but much faster. Evidently some of the servers are
down. I can send mail, however.

Entity Paul Berkowitz spoke thus:
Turns out that Earthlink blocks incoming mail to port 25 as a matter of
course. DotMac support has explained that they have a special agreement with
Earthlink to allow port 25 traffic to dotMac. Earthlink insists there is no
such deal and blames it on OSX taking the opportunity to plug Windows OS.

Oy!

OK. I suppose that's easier than cranking up iDisk Utitlity.
