Can't send

Ever since April 15th I have not been able to send e-mails from
Entourage. I have 2 hotmail accounts that I have been using through
Entourage for several years without problems and now am unable to send
any e-mails. I can receive them just fine, I just can't send. I have
Entourage 10.1.6 and have tried to update, however have been told that
the updates can't find the appropriate software to update. Please
help me out with this problem, since I would love to continue to use
this program. Thanks a lot.

Hi Doug!

I would imagine that you've been unable to send since April 1st if
you're using Entourage X. Security patches applied to Microsoft's
Hotmail E-mail servers broke the send functionality that Entourage X
users were enjoying.

Unfortunately, by that time Entourage X was officially a discontinued
and no longer supported product beyond its five-year life-cycle and no
updates were (or will be) released by Microsoft to fix this issue.

If you upgrade to Entourage 2004 then you should be able to send again.
