cant show 'all' categories in inbox

using Entourage 10.1.4 my wife by accident pressed 'clear' and now her
emails (colour coded red by me when they come in) will not show up in
the inbox together with mine. We have been separated! I want all
categories, read, unread and 'red' to show in the inbox, as it was
before. How can this be done? Sebastian, London

"Clear"? Clear what? Where? What did she clear, using what menu item or
button, in which dialog or folder or preference?
