Can't Submit an e-mail from a form in Pub.2002

I have got 2002 FP extensions on the server.

I have got the Submit button correct.

Yet I get

HTTP 404 - File not found Internet Explorer

every time I press submit.

I want Pub. 2002 to do its job. I do not want a script.
Is there any way Pub. 2002 can be made to work, or is it
broke? Thanks.
