Can't subscribe to folders in IMAP ? Sub-sub folders missing.

Hi,

This is with Entourage 2004.

Brief history.
- I contract with a company that has an exchange server.
- Did have an exchange account set up, but for various reasons
(don't need contact/constant full account syncing) I re-setup with IMAP.

The problem is ... The IMAP account in Entourage 2004, only shows the
folders at the inbox level, and one level below. ex:

[ ] INBOX
[ ] (Deleted Items, Drafts, etc)
[ ] My Folder
[ ]My Subfolder

But My Subfolder has a multitude of subfolders in it that don't appear. If I
click on My Subfolder, all I can see are the three messages stored in it.
There is nothing that seems to allow me to see the subfolders in it as well.

The odd thing is I can create a new subfolder in My Subfolder and it shows
up just fine.

I've put way to much time into searching Entourage Help, Google groups and
this grouplist looking for an answer myself. Everything I've found says
"Just select the folder you want to subscribe to and select "Subscribe"

But I can find no way to even list the sub subfolders, much less subscribe
to them. I've selected both the 'My Folder' and 'My Sub Folder' folders
looked in every Menu list and Mac Contextual menu, there is no Subscribe
item, menu, or button listed anywhere!

To see if they were actually still there, I set up the same IMAP account
with Apple's Mail, and all of the sub-subfolders showed up right off the
bat. With no subscription hassles at all.

Any ideas?

Click on the top-level icon for your IMAP account (it should read "Your IMAP
Account Name"). It's probably right above your IMAP inbox. Then go to View
Receive Complete Folder List. You can then select folders and press the
"Subscribe" button on the toolbar to make them appear in the Folder List.
