can't sync datebook and tasks

I just downloaded the Entourage Handheld Sync utility and everything
was fine... until it crashed in the middle of sync operation. Opening
up Entourage, discovered Notes and Addresses were transferred,
Datebook and Tasks weren't. I retested and same thing happened
twice. Any ideas?

Please, please, everyone; try to remember to state what version of OS &
Office you are using. It makes it so much easier to give relevant advice
when we know your environment.

There is a known issue with recurring events that have no end date.

Check all your recurring events (set up a custom view to help with this) and
see that they have a fixed end date.
