can't sync notes to Palm Tungsten T|3

Syncing Notes
œThe Handheld database could not be opened
œFailed Entourage Conduit (0x4004)


is this an Entourage problem or a Palm problem?
(I am able to sync the Memos to Outlook without any problem, so it
doesn't seem like the Palm database is corrupted.)

It is a Palm problem. I had the same issue my Tungsten. I had to delete the
memo database from my Palm and then everything worked fine.

thanks for the info--how did you delete the memo database from the Palm?
I can't seem to do it becasue it 's a built-in app. Did you use an
add-on file viewer?

Yeah,

I use a program called Filez. I then deleted every database that started
with "Memo" or "Memos".

Make sure you back everything up before you do this. Just in case.....
