Can't Test Drive: no information bar

T

T. Wise

Trying to run the Office Beta Test Drive on WinXP Pro SP2, with IE 6. When
I get to the part where they want me to download the Citrix Browser plug-in,
I click yes, and then get a screen that says "Windows XP Service Pack 2
requires you to approve the installation of the Citrix Client Plug-in.
Please click on the Information Bar to allow this installation."

But there's no information bar, so the installation doesn't proceed. What's
an informaion bar and how do I get one?

Hi Ter,

Just below the Internet Explorer Toolbars you may see a yellow stripe/bar across the scene at some point. If so, click on the
yellow bar, or if you see a confirmation to download/run dialog select that choice.
