I think my CD's are corrupted. I cannot uninstall my
Office XP nor can I get the prgrams to run correctly.
Every time that I open the programs, weather it be Word,
Excel or others it tells me that it is installing the
software. I have tried the repair function and it goes
through the registry files and all that, but when I go
back to the programs it still tells me that it is
installing the programs. I cannot set up the Media
content either. The clipart organizer doesn't work
either. It doesn't show any clipart as being there--even
the ones that are installed with the programs. I am at a
loss as to how to fix this problem. The only thing that I
can come up with is that my CD's are corrupted and then I
need to know how to get them replaced.
Sincerely and frustrated,
Debbie Allen
