can't update or delete entries in the public folders

I am running Entourage 2004 in MAC OS X 10.4.8. We have an Exhange
Server and I can create new entries in the Public Folders for
contacts, calendars, etc... BUT, I cannot change or delete them.

Well I can see that kind of problems in a couple of cases:
- Did you subscribe to the folder??
- does your account have the propre rights required to do this in this
folder??

Also, make sure your Exchange Server is 2003 sp2. Earlier versions
didn't allow for Entourage users to do anything but read Public Folders.

Thank you for your answers. I do have all the proper rights and
subsriptions to the folders. We are running Exchange 2000, not 2003.
