Can't use "Redirect"

Most of our migration to Entourage 2004 / AD Exchange 2003 is going well ­ a
few quirks, but OK.
The thing I noticed this morning is that I could not redirect an email.
This seems odd since all other functions are working.

Does anyone have any ideas? I will post the actual error when I return.

I've not heard of this happening before. You don't explain what you mean by
"Can't redirect". The menu item is dimmed in the Message Menu? Or you can
choose it, enter the To address and click Send, and then you get either a)
an error message in Entourage immediately, or b) an email message a little
later from the server, Postmaster, etc? In either case, it sounds like an
Exchange server error message, not Entourage.
