Can't view any webpages or msn

I'm having trouble with my internet (currently using another computer). I
can log onto the internet fine but then whenever i try to view any webpages
or log into msn, it won't let me, either saying this page cannot be displayed
or network problem but doesn't state what the problem is. I've called my
server provider but they couldn't solve it and believe it is a problem with
the microsoft aspect of it all. do you have any suggestions for how to fix
my problem?

Do you keep your antivirus definitions current? Have you checked for
spyware?

yes, all our antivirus definitions are current and up to date. I've checked
for spyware but it hasn't fixed the problem. Explorer comes up with this
page cannot be displayed, and that it cannot find the server. i know that
the server must be working as i am using the same line on a different
computer. Any other ideas??

Any chance at the bottom of the page it says something about a DNS error?
