Capital Lock sound

I used to run windows 98 on a packard bell PC and it had the facility to warn
me when I accidentally pressed the capslock key which is really annoying.
I now run windows 2000 on a Dell machine and can't find the same feature. Is
it a standard feature in Word across all versions or only applicable to
certain versions

In Windows XP, you enable the CapsLock/ScrollLock/NumLock beeps in Start |
Control Panel | Accessibility Options | Keyboard | check the "Use ToggleKeys"
box | OK. I'm guessing Windows 2000 will be similar...
