Where do you find the sets for Capitalizing the first
letter of a sentence and the Capitalization of the first
letter of a line?

In what view or Folder? You posted in a Contacts group. Perhaps you meant to
post somewhere else.
If you're talking the new message window, you'd need to post in the general
group and include your Outlook version and which editor you are using for
someone to be able to answer.
