Cascade delete addresses in groups

When I delete or update contacts in my address book this should also cascade
to my mailing groups - but it doesn't. This has caused industrial secrets to
reach unauthorised parties.

Not sure what you mean since Outlook does not use an address book and
doesn't use groups either.
Clarify, please.
