I have listed some email contacts in the address book section with a
catagory. When they send me an email the catagory is changed or deleted
and listed as NONE. I have deleted their contact file and started all over but
the same problem exists. Is there a way to repair the problem. Thanks, JC

In Entourage /General Preferences/ Address Book, make sure that the last
item - Automatically match message categories to senders categories - is
checked. And in the Address Book, make sure that those contacts include
_all_ the email addresses they ever send to you from. Perhaps they're using
a different email address - add the new ones to the contacts. It won't
affect the category or color of messages they sent you previously, but will
affect new ones from those addresses you have listed.
