Categories in Shared Contact Folders (Hosted Exchange)

Working in a Hosted Exchange environment. Sharing contact folders works
wonderfully. Problem is, the categories from the author do not show up on
the other users versions of outlook.

Correct. Categories are unique to the individual because they're kept on each
PC and can be different for each person.
