Categorizing Sent Messages

How do I categorize sent messages as I send them?

I want to categorize any message I send (all) as ³ME² - this just changes
the color but that¹s what I want. I¹ve tried rules but it appears you
cannot apply rules to sent messages.

Tools > Rules > Outgoing

If
"Account" "Is" "(Your Account)"
Then
"Set category" "(Your Preferred Category)"
