cc on new message

My cc on when creating a new message disappeared. How do I
get it back. At the same time this happened when I go up
to the menu my lists are showing everything not just the
most recent used with a down error for more. How can I
change this?

I am using Outlook 2000 on Windows XP. I am using Outlook
for mail.

Are you sure?
In the previous post you told me you were using Outlook 2002. I did not ask
you what you were using for mail. I asked you what you were using for your
email editor. Tools > Options > Mail Format, if you don't remember.
