CD KEY HELP!!

I got Microsoft Office 2000 and a CD Key that was given
to me by the man who built my computer. (Computer Rx is
the company name) Now, it's written on the inside of the
jewel case in pen. The program asks for a 25 character
key, and this one is only twenty, but on my old computer,
with the same disk, It asked for a 20 digit number.
What's going on... How can I fix this?

Talk to the person who built your computer and tell him of the problem. The
system builder is your only recourse.
