how do I get rounded cells?

Also if I use the layout cells vs the regular cells I
have to save the layout cells as an image very time I add
shading or border etc and I have tons of pics fromt this;
is there anyway around this? does it not just save it
once then overwrite when you modify; what am I doing
wrong?

Once it's saved, it's saved as an image and can't be modified.
