Hello,
I am hoping this has already been asked and answered. I need to use a
self-signed certificate for secure communications and i'm getting the
following error in Entourage:
Unable to establish a secure connection to
"webmail.<subdomain>.<domain>.edu. There is a problem with the security
certificate from that server. Use Internet Explorer to install the correct
certificate.
If you continue the information you view and send will not be secure.
I went into IE but there is no Import feature for certificates under the
Security settings.
Here is my breakdown:
Windows Server 2003 Active Directory environment
Exchange Server 2003 configured w/ a certificate from an internal CA
*Exchange Server is setup for Forms Based Authentication (requires SSL)
*OWA works on both PC & MAC
*OUtlook 2003 works on PC
*Entourage 10.1.4 works EXCEPT calendar (which requires OWA)
I receive the above mentioned error. How do I tell the MAC to trust the
internal CA?
