Entourage won't let me see the schedule (availability) of employees in my global list when making a meeting, any suggestions?

I'm confused how your problem relates to certificates. Is your subject
intentional?

You haven't said what happens when you try to schedule others for your
meetings. Can you see their addresses? Can you send them invitations?

I get a message when I log onto Entourage telling me my certificate is not installed. After having some people look at the situation they thought the certificate and the fact that I can not see availability of people I am making an appointment with were connected. I can being up the invite window when making a meeting and I can see the global address book. I can invite them to a meeting and get their replies but when I click on Schedule, I can not see if they are busy or not. So I have been making meeting but not knowing their availability.

The two are unrelated.

Does your certificate message actually tell you that you need to install
a certificate or is it telling you that your server can not be verified?

As for not seeing the free/busy schedules of your co-workers, this tells
me that your public folders server is not correct. Check under Tools -->
Accounts in your Exchange account's settings under Advanced. If you're
using an OWA address then you should probably select the SSL option.
Otherwise, you probably don't need SSL. Your server administrator should
be able to help you determine the correct settings.

Hope this helps!
