change default browser for hylerlinks in email

When I click on a hyperlink in an email (I'm using
Outlook 2003) how do I get it to open the MSN browser
instead of Internet Explorer browser?

Have tried a variety of things such as:
1. Internet options - Connections - Add ... and added MSN
Broadband as a connection ... that didnt work
2. open IE - Tools - Internet Options - Programs -
unchecked the IE default box ... that didnt work
3. Internet Options - Programs - changed Email to MSN ...
that didnt work

and yes, I did reboot after each attempt

Any ideas?
