change default "size" parameterof Format Picture

I would like to change the default "size" parameter of Format Picture, now
60%, to 45%. I put many excel charts to WORD but it is quite cumbersome to
change this size parameter , making fit two excel charts in a WORD page.
Please let me know how to "permanantly" set this "size " parameter of Format
picture to a certain % whenever I want.

I don't believe there is any default size parameter other than 100%. Word
will insert any graphic at 100% unless that size is too large to fit within
the current page margins (or other limits), in which case the graphic will
be reduced as needed. If you want your charts to fit within a specific size,
perhaps you should try inserting them into frames, text boxes, or table
cells set to the desired dimensions. In this instance, if you want two
charts to a page, a two-cell (borderless) table would seem to be a good
solution.
